He spent an additional 2 hours undoing issues left by a previous plumber and skilfully fit the new shower, avoiding the possibility of getting a more expensive custom shower unit to work around the previous plumbers issues. Toby was great and went above and beyond to find the cause of the problem. He then went through the rigmarole of sourcing the part I needed and getting it installed, despite complications. He was willing to work outside normal business hours to ensure that my leak got fixed as soon as possible. Excellent service.

Each stage was completed with quality materials and no corners cut. Dad and I were both impressed with his knowledge and expertise. The organisation with suppliers and electrician was spot on, we didn't have to do any of that.
He wasn't the cheapest quote we had, but was worth every penny, I would highly recommend and would certainly use him again.Owner response

I had an issue with a drips of water coming from 2 small pipes high up at the back of my house. I called the Woodbridge plumber and left a message. I was called back 30 minutes later and as he was in the area he came around within 10 minutes and the problem with the. leak was duly fixed. The cause of the problem was explained as well as its solution.
I have no hesitation in using Woodbridge plumber again and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumbing repair due to the high standard ofOwner response

Toby was an absolute lifesaver today. I tried to do some 'plumbing' myself and ended up having water spraying everywhere. Toby was busy when I called, but could tell it was urgent so he came over the same day and sorted everything out. Really appreciate it, thank you!

The job involved the changing of two outside taps. This is a relatively simple job that was completed quickly in a professional manner. I would like to highly recommend the Woodbridge plumber.

We had a recurring problem with our kitchen sink drainage. Sink plunging and various unblocking chemicals proved ineffective.
The Woodbridge plumber came to size up the job. A couple of days later he arrived as per his schedule and carried out significant work behind the sink and adjacent units to expose the drain piping. An almost complete blockage was found. He removed the existing pipes and fittings. A new pipe run, far less likely to ever get blocked was installed. Furthermore he replumbed the under sink pipework.
Although significant panel cutting was required the whole finished work was virtually as good as new.
All done in a morning at a very fair price. A quiet sensible chap who gets on with the job.Owner response

Toby is highly professional. he responded to our call within 7 minutes he arrived. He fixed the plumbing problem within a short period. He went on further to fix our dishwasher and cleaned our drains for free. He gave us tips on how to maintain the dishwasher

Long-term leak finally sorted! 🛁💧
We recently helped a lovely customer who’d been dealing with a persistent leak from her bath. The water had started coming through the ceiling below, so she gave us a call to get it properly sorted.
On investigation, we found the bath had never been installed correctly — it wasn’t fixed to the wall and had no proper support. It had only been held in place with silicone for the past 17 years!
We removed the damaged tiles and plasterboard, replaced the bath, shower, and glass screen, and fitted modern Nuance shower panels for a clean, smart finish.
Another happy customer — and no more leaks!

Today we removed a broken old manhole cover and installed a new one. We're ready when you are 👍🏻
Yesterday we has this job where the customer was constantly smelling sewage in their cupboard behind bathroom. Unfortunately the person who had fitted it had not made sure the pipework had a fall angle meant would block Regularly. The smell was caused by a poor quality flexible pan connecter. These are not something we use at The Woodbridge Plumber. They generally create much more problems than they solve to access properties
Yesterday we changed a 1/4 ceramic cartridge for a customer who had had a go at changing it them selves but unfortunately had stripped the the brass screw head out. So we cut a slot in the screw head to fit a flat head screw driver, installed a new cartridge and new screw.
We carry over 60 different cartridges for basin taps and kitchen taps so we fix it first time making it more affordable for our customers.
